The nearest airport is Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR), approximately 45 minutes away by car. Several airlines offer direct flights to Puerto Vallarta from major U.S. cities.

Please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. Remember a valid passport is required for travel to Mexico

Rosewood Mandarina

Our wedding weekend will take place entirely at Rosewood Mandarina. We encourage all of our guests to stay on property to enjoy the weekend together.

A special room rate has been arranged exclusively for our guests. Our room block rates begin at $810 USD* per night, including daily breakfast for two guests.

Please reserve your room by November 15, 2026. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to ensure your preferred accommodations.

Room reservations can be booked online or via email with the Reservations team.

Guests wishing to extend their stay may request the group rate for up to three nights before or after the wedding weekend, subject to availability. Please contact Reservations directly to arrange an extended stay.

*Room rates quoted above require a three-night minimum stay and are subject to a 16% Value Added Tax (VAT), 5% Occupancy Tax, and 15% service charge.

  • While we adore your little ones, our wedding celebrations will be adults-only. We kindly ask that all children stay home. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and fully enjoy the weekend with us.

  • Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) is approximately 45 minutes from Rosewood Mandarina by car. Airport transportation can be arranged directly through the hotel in advance of your arrival.

  • Yes. A special room rate has been arranged for our guests at Rosewood Mandarina. As all wedding events will take place on property, we strongly encourage guests to stay at Rosewood Mandarina for the weekend. Please visit our Travel & Stay page for booking details.

  • We recommend arriving on Thursday, February 25 so you can settle in and enjoy the resort before the festivities begin.

  • February is typically warm and dry in Riviera Nayarit, with sunny days and cooler evenings. We recommend bringing a light layer for the evenings.

  • Due to the intimate nature of our celebration, we’re only able to accommodate the guests named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

  • Your safety and comfort were important considerations when choosing Rosewood Mandarina for our wedding weekend. Mandarina is a private property with professional security on-site throughout the resort. All wedding celebrations will take place within the property, allowing our guests to stay and celebrate entirely on-site.
